Once your item has left us and has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility if the postage is delayed thank you for your understanding.
📦Returns:
Unfortunately orders that are personalised are not eligible for returns, however if there is any issue do let us know and we will do our best to rectify.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery, if the product is unpersonalised. Buyer accepts that they are liable for return postage.
